Many attorney disciplinary actions arise from "blowing" dates, lack of follow-through on matters and failure to communicate with clients. One can assume that no attorney intends to miss a date or follow-through on a matter and the oversight occurs as a result of poor processing and organization of the myriad of laws, information, emails, faxes and phone conversations that bombard the typical law office of today. 

With increasing demands placed on attorneys and their staff, getting things done in today's law office is becoming increasingly more difficult. This seminar will provide a simple and effective method that can be used by attorneys and paralegals to "cut-through" the avalanche of emails, faxes, voice messages and phone calls, and become more productive, efficient and responsive to clients.
