"The Residential Real Estate Disclosure Act: Pre-Closing Use
and Post-Closing Issues."
The Residential Real
Property Disclosure Act's requirements are well known to most real
estate practitioners, but do you know all of the ins and outs? How
many times have you been presented with a post-closing situation
involving some alleged defect in the property that was not
disclosed properly? Do you know what to do?
Steve Fritzshall and Brad Pawlowski have developed a concentration
in handling matters involving the Residential Real Property
Disclosure Act, and will discuss the proper use of the disclosure
form, statutory requirements, and the proper way to evaluate and,
where appropriate, prosecute an action for violation of the Act's
requirements within the applicable statutory limitations
period.
