About Your Practice
My practice was primarily a commercial practice involving many aspects of commercial real estate, but my primary concentration for many years was in ground leasing and zoning and annexation for development projects or in obtaining special use permits and other entitlements primarily in the Chicago area suburbs. I also handled commercial leasing for landlords and tenants and purchase and sale transactions for sellers and buyers. A number of my clients were non-profit entities.
