This one hour webinar will be your introduction to the basics of the new law governing most residential landlord-tenant situations in Cook County beginning in June, 2021.

Richard Magnone is a founding member and attorney with the firm of Reda | Ciprian | Magnone, LLC.  He obtained a B.S. in accounting from Marquette University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1996.  He has been in private practice since 1996 and helps clients with their real estate, landlord tenant, corporate, estate planning and probate law issues.  He has previously presented on landlord-tenant matters to Jameson-Sothebys, FultonGrace, @properties, ReMax, Dreamtown, the CBA, and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
