In 2003, for reasons that remain unclear to him, two other attorneys agreed to become his law partners when they founded Reda | Ciprian | Magnone, LLC.  Richard received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1996 and a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University in 1993.

Richard practices primarily in the areas of landlord-tenant law, real estate, probate, estate planning, and business law.  A frequent lecturer and presenter, he has spoken for the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and numerous real estate organizations and brokerages throughout Illinois.

Richard is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and served for about a decade on the Chicago Association of Realtors Forms and Contracts Committee.

For most of his career, Richard has represented landlords in Chicago, a city that consistently ensures there is never a shortage of work in that field.
